1. Tickets you purchase are for personal use. You and your party may not re-sell or transfer tickets except as noted below as a donation.

2. All seating is General Admission unless specifically noted. Please arrive early to select best seating options. House typically opens 30 minutes before show start time.  Late seating may not always be available, so please plan to be on time.

3. On occasion the show or event may be filmed or recorded. Buying a ticket affirms your consent to the filming and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience.

4. Ticket holders must check in at the box office prior to curtain time.  Any tickets not checked in by this time will be resold to those on our waiting list.

5. Always check your tickets upon receipt and advise us promptly of any errors. Mistakes when ordering cannot always be corrected and any corrections are discretionary.

6. Tickets may be refunded for full price up to ONE WEEK before the event.  If a ticket holder knows they will not be attending the event after this deadline, they may DONATE their ticket to a Student.  Please inform the box office or send an email to inform us of your decision.

7. Decisions to change or cancel events are the responsibility of the Promoter and may occur due to weather, cast illness, or safety issues. You should always check that an event is going ahead as planned at the scheduled date, time and venue.  Updates will be posted on the website if an event must be cancelled or changed.  We will also attempt to send you this information to the email you used when you purchased the ticket.

8. Please comply with health and safety rules and any security requirements (including security searches for the safety of those attending the event). The venue and the Promoter retain rights to refuse admission or eject you in certain circumstances which include: abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behavior, the carrying of weapons or illegal or prohibited substances, or the use or creation of unauthorized audio, video or photographic recordings.  Weapons are strictly prohibited on the UAA Campus.

9. We will not share personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent (as part of the booking process or otherwise) unless required by law.
