Vocal Performance and Showmanship
Nicole Besa: Born and raised in Eagle River and Anchorage, Nicole began performing at church, school choirs, and Sunshine Generation Children’s Performing Group. Nicole studied voice with Kate Egan, Mari Hahn, Jean Saunders, Jenna Hensley, and Big Mitch (Mitchell Tubman). She is now a professional singer at A-list houses across the United States, including the Metropolitan Opera, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and others. Nicole is a proud union member of AGMA and AEA.

Prior to class, each attendee will receive one 30 minute private session with Nicole Besa to discuss your strongest pieces, your audition-winning 1minute/ 32 bar cuts, and memorization techniques for success. This class has homework: Bring two memorized and performance ready songs and accompaniment tracks on the day of class. (NOTE: Selections for class MUST be approved by Nicole in advance, during your private session.)
